Stratford Writers Festival
Featuring actor readings, musical literary performances, interactive workshops, and inspiring talks, the Stratford Writers Festival is undoubtedly one of the most dramatic writers festivals in Canada.
Young Adult Stratford Writers Festival
Featuring school visits, literary performances, interactive workshops, and inspiring talks, the Young Adult Stratford Writers Festival features some of Canada’s top middle grade and young adult writers.
Stratford Public Library
The library is a vibrant community hub for book lovers and a favourite destination for innovative and interactive programs.
Stratford Public Library Foundation
The Stratford Public Library Foundation raises funds to assist the Stratford Public Library Board in the delivery of its programs. Currently the Foundation has initiated two projects: an endowment fund and a service program, Public Library on Wheels (PLOW).
Fanfare Books
Stratford’s independent bookstore since 1967, Fanfare Books is located on the main street in Stratford’s downtown core (92 Ontario Street).

Located across from the Studio Theatre in downtown Stratford, Book Stage carries fine used, rare, and antiquarian books (126 Waterloo St. S.).
